Weekend at the Franciscan Friary in Alnmouth

2 nights at the Friary.

There are options to what you can do.

If you want to take part in the daily routines of the Friary, you're welcome to do so.

If you simply need some time away, you can do that too. There are nice cafes to visit and plenty of opportunities for walks.

We usually try to bless the brothers by making some food for them, if you want you can get involved in cooking at Saturday lunch time.

Alnmouth is on the train line from Edinburgh to Newcastle, therefore it's easy to get to. Once we know who is coming there might be possibilities to share cars too.

Cost: the Friary takes donation. Mosaic will pay upfront for the stay. If you can/would like to contribute you can donate to Mosaic. It is important that everyone who wants to come can come, therefore it is: give as you can. The suggested amount is £60 per night.

Let us know if you're interested. Altogether there are 15 beds available this year (3 rooms are double rooms, 9 Singles). We want to let the Friary know who is coming by the 5th of October and we ask for £10 to book your place to cover the booking-fee .
