Community Catalyst Position

Mosaic Church Glasgow is inviting applications for a new Community Catalyst. This is a full time permanent ministry role that supports the life and mission of our inclusive Christian community. The Community Catalyst will walk alongside people exploring faith, help develop intentional outreach that reflects our values, and empower the church for service and volunteering. The role involves high relational engagement and active networking with groups connected to Mosaic’s life and work, including Anabaptist and intentional Christian communities.

Funding and Support

This is a non salaried post. Applicants will need to secure their own financial support or draw on an existing mission agency structure. We will work with the successful candidate to help identify suitable support raising pathways where needed.

Key Points

• Employer: Mosaic Church Glasgow

• Location: Glasgow, with some local and occasional UK travel

• Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. Sunday is a working day, with TOIL available

• Contract: Permanent, following a six month probationary period

• Reports to: Church Leadership Team

• Focus: Community formation, discipleship support, missional engagement, and volunteer development
